By placing an order through tifaniroseart.com, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing and Availability: All prices are listed in USD and subject to change without notice. Posters, framed posters, giclée prints, and canvas prints are produced on demand by our print fulfillment partner.

Production and Shipping: Posters and prints are made to order. Production typically takes 3 to 10 business days depending on the product, with shipping times varying by destination. Framed products may require additional production time. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Copyright: All artwork, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Tifani Rose and protected by copyright law. Purchase transfers ownership of the physical work only. Reproduction, copying, scanning, or commercial use is prohibited without written permission from the artist. This includes prints from The Rose Garden collection and any future original works.

Color and Finish Variation: Printing is a chemical process and 100% color consistency cannot be guaranteed. Printed products may show slight variation in color, texture, and finish compared to digital previews. Natural wood frames may show variation in grain and tone. These variations are inherent to the production process and not considered defects.

Issue Reporting Window: Any issues with your order must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this window cannot be processed.

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to address errors, unclaimed packages, or refused deliveries will require an additional payment to be reshipped.

Payment: Payment is processed securely through Squarespace and Stripe. We do not store credit card information.

Limitation of Liability: Tifani Rose Art is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or purchase of artwork.
