Return policy.

All sales are final. Posters, framed posters, giclée prints, and canvas prints are made to order. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size, frame color, or finish selection, or address errors at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly produced, email tifanirosegrady@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue, including the packaging if damaged in transit. Eligible claims will receive a free replacement. There is no need to return the original item.

Framed Items: Framed posters include plexiglass and pine wood frames. While packaged carefully for shipping, damage in transit can occur. Photograph any damage immediately upon opening and retain the original packaging.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows the package as lost, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Address Errors: Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout are not eligible for free replacement or refund. If your order is returned to sender due to an address error, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment. Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.

Unclaimed Packages: If a package is not claimed at your local carrier pickup point and is returned to sender, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

Rejected Deliveries: If you refuse delivery of your order, the shipment will be returned and you will be responsible for the cost of any reshipment.

Color and Finish Variation: Printing is a chemical process and 100% color consistency cannot be achieved. Slight variation in color, texture, and finish between your screen and the printed product is normal and not considered a defect. Natural wood frames may show variation in grain and tone.
